1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your relationship with
CFN Holdings Ltd. (doing business as CFN Exteriors) and your access to or use of our services (including our website, quotation process, on-site work, and any other service we provide). “You” refers to the customer or client engaging our services, whether as an individual or entity (“you” or “your”).
By engaging CFN Exteriors for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Services & Messages
CFN Exteriors offers exterior renovation and repair services (including but not limited to siding, roofing, eavestrough, soffit, fascia, exterior painting) as described in the quotation or contract provided to you.
Upon your opt-in on our website form, CFN Exteriors may contact you via SMS to communicate marketing messages about special offers, discounts, and service updates. Also, we may contact you via SMS about non-marketing messages about appointment information, confirmation and reminder messages.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (844) 949-4236. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Quotations, Estimates, and Contracts
3.1 We provide estimates/quotations specifying scope of work, timeframe, pricing, and other relevant terms.
3.2 Quotation is valid for the period specified (or until 30 days if none specified).
3.3 Upon acceptance of the quotation and issuance of any deposit/invoice, a contract is formed between you and CFN Exteriors.
3.4 Any changes to scope of work must be agreed in writing and may result in additional charges or extended timelines.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 You agree to pay the amounts specified in the quotation or contract. Payment terms (deposit, progress payments, final payment) will be set out in the contract.
4.2 Late payments may incur interest or hold on work until payment is made.
4.3 Unless otherwise agreed, final payment is due upon completion of the work, prior to hand-over or release of final documents.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide access to the property, necessary utilities, and information for work to be performed in a timely manner. You also agree to maintain insurance or cover for your own property and contents unless otherwise arranged.
6. CFN Exteriors Responsibilities
We will perform the work described in the contract in a professional manner, using materials as specified, and in compliance with applicable laws, building codes and regulations. We will endeavour to meet timelines but do not guarantee completion by a specific date unless agreed.
7. Warranties & Disclaimers
7.1 We warrant that work performed will be free of material defects for a period as set out in the contract (if any).
7.2 Except as provided in the contract, all other warranties, whether express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for purpose) are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7.3 You accept that natural wear and tear, weather damage, or improper maintenance are outside our warranty scope.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, CFN Exteriors’ total liability under or arising out of these Terms or your contract for services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific services involved. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the contract if the other party commits a material breach and fails to remedy it within a reasonable time after written notice. Upon termination, you shall pay for the work performed up to the termination date.
10. Intellectual Property
All drawings, specifications, quotes, photographs and documents provided by CFN Exteriors remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce, distribute or exploit them without our prior written consent.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Alberta.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the effective version. Your continued use of our services after revisions constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
